2. Damaged or Incorrect Product?

4. Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change, and we're here to help wherever we can.

Before Dispatch. If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing it. We'll process a full refund to your original mode of payment with no questions asked.

After Dispatch. If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation will be treated as a return once the package is delivered. In such cases:

• The refund will be processed after the product is received and inspected at our warehouse.

• Shipping charges (forward and return both) and payment gateway fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return. While we try to accommodate all requests with warmth and care, the following items cannot be accepted for return:

• Items that have been worn, used, altered, resized, or damaged after delivery

• Items returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories

• Items returned without the mandatory 360° unboxing video

• Items reported after the 7-day return window has elapsed

• Custom-made or personalised jewellery crafted to your specific requirements

3. Once you get the parcel, we would recommend you to inspect the order once, for any tamper or damage before signing the receipt.

4. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours/ 2 business days with exception of weekends/ Indian public holiday, where it may take up to 72 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Once shipped, your order may take 7 to 10 days to deliver depending on your pin code.

5. In the unlikely event that we are not able to deliver your complete order within 30 working days, you can seek refund and ask us to cancel the order. In such cases your payment against the order shall be refunded.

6. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us. Please provide a mobile number that you are available at and your complete shipping address, including the pin code and landmark nearby. This will help us to ensure smooth delivery of your order. At the time of delivery, if the package looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package.

7. Any dispute with respect to delivery (marked as delivered, but not received, missing item in packet, incorrect items, empty packet) should be brought to our knowledge via email/WhatsApp message within 24 hours of delivery. To report any discrepancy/ damage, you need to report us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment, with 360° parcel unboxing video. Post 24 hours, the parcel will be assumed to be received by the rightful owner and no further dispute for the above mentioned cases shall be entertained, the decision by us in this regards will be deemed as final.

8. We offer free shipping pan India. In most cases delivery to over 95% Pin Codes occur within 7 to 10 business days, but this may get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
