Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, add desired items to your shopping cart, and proceed to the checkout page where you can enter your shipping and payment information to complete the purchase.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel, please contact us through email or WhatsApp immediately before the dispatch. While we can't guarantee changes after processing begins, we will do our best to accommodate your request. It is important to note that payment gateway charges will deducted from order invoice value in such cases.
Is it possible to order something to be delivered in India if I live outside India?
Yes, order can be placed by providing a valid shipping address in India.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as secure payment options netbanking, UPI for your convenience. We have partnered with reputed payment gateway for the best customer experience
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all transactions are secure. We use industry-standard encryption technologies to protect your personal and financial information during the payment process.
What if my payment is declined or if I have been charged for my order but have not received any order confirmation mail or SMS?
If your payment is declined, please verify your payment details, including the card number, expiration date and security code. You can also try an alternative payment method. If issues persist, please contact your bank or debit/ credit card provider, or reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

Shipping
Do you offer international delivery?
We currently deliver only in India. Please enter your pin code on the product page/cart/checkout page to check if we deliver to your area/city. If there is no courier service available in your area/city, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
When an order is lost in transit, what happens?
In the unlikely event that an order gets lost during transit, we wait for 15 -20 days to track your lost order and if we are still unsuccessful, then we process your refund through the payment mode that you had opted for at the time of placing the order. Our support team will reach out to you in such situation.
How can I track my order?
The best way to track your order is by visiting the Order History section under the My Account page. Here you will be able to see all of your previous orders and their current status. You can also track your order without login by visiting Track Order and inputting your order number and email address.
Can you tell me about the delivery methods available?
We offer direct door delivery to your shipping address. Simply place your order and ensure the correct delivery address is provided at the time of checkout.
What if I receive a damaged product?
We stand by the quality of our jewelry. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately(within 24hours of delivery) with opening video and photos of the damage/ defect, and we will arrange for a prompt replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
We process orders quickly. You will be required to reach out to us through email and mobile (WhatsApp) within 24h. We will make our best efforts to change the shipment address.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and your location.
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5–7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2–3 business days.

What is the return policy?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. Only in cases of defect and product damage during transit will returns be accepted. We request you to email/ WhatsApp us the details including unboxing video for processing the return

How do I exchange an item for a different size or style?
Unfortunately, we do not support exchange of products. Our products are adjustable and hence unlikely that size becomes an issue.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. We offer standard shipping pan India free of cost. For express delivery, you will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

What is the material used for making the jewelry?
At Bhavya Silvers, we only deal with high quality handcrafted 92.5 hallmarked Sterling Silver jewelry.
Do the photographs completely match the original article?
While we strive to ensure that the color of our jewellery and gemstones shown on the website are close to the real tones, the accuracy depends on the color display and resolution of your device.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need an account to make a purchase. You can check out as a guest – however, we do strongly recommend creating an account. Register with us and you will be able to enjoy the following benefits through your Bhavya Silvers account:

Will the silver jewelry tarnish?
Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time when exposed to air and moisture, but this can be easily cleaned and prevented with proper care. You can minimize tarnishing by following the jewelry care instructions below:
Gently clean most sterling silver jewelry using a soft, lint-free cloth or a specialized jewelry polishing cloth. For a deeper clean, you can use a mild soapy water solution, a soft toothbrush, and then rinse and dry thoroughly. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, especially on pieces with gemstones, pearls or plated finishes, as these can cause damage.
What is the best way to store my jewelry to prevent damage or tarnishing?
Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. To prevent scratching and tangling, keep each piece separate, ideally in a soft pouch, a cloth-lined jewelry box, or a sealed plastic bag with an anti-tarnish strip.
