1.  Returns 

We offer hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery, because we believe you deserve complete confidence in every purchase you make with us.

Please share your Order ID when you contact us — it helps us serve you faster. Once your request is received and verified, we will arrange a pickup or walk you through the process at no inconvenience to you.

 

What We Need from You

To keep things transparent and ensure a smooth experience for everyone, all return requests must be accompanied by the following:

 

       360° Unboxing Video: A clear, uninterrupted 360° video of you opening the package exactly as received. This is mandatory for all return requests and protects both you and us in case of any transit-related concerns. We recommend recording this the moment your parcel arrives.

       Unused & Unworn Condition: The jewellery must be in its original, unworn condition — free from scratches, damage, resizing, or any alteration.

       Original Packaging: All original packaging, pouches, tags, certificates (if applicable), and accessories must be returned along with the product.

       Proof of Purchase: Your Order ID or order confirmation details.

 

Return requests submitted without a 360° unboxing video may not be accepted. This small step protects your interests and ensures your request is processed without delay.

 

Refund Options

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your preferred resolution:

       Refund to your original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) — processed within 5–7 business days.

       Store credit or voucher (issued as a Bhavya Silvers gift card) for future purchases on bhavyasilvers.in — issued within 24–48 hours of return verification.

       Exchange for another piece from our collection.

 

Please note: Payment gateway processing charges of up to 2% of the order value are non-recoverable from our end and will be deducted from your refund. If you'd prefer to avoid this deduction entirely, simply opt for store credit — and we'll credit the full order value with no deductions whatsoever. Customers opting for store credit will receive a Bhavya Silvers Gift Card, redeemable on future purchases.

 

Bank processing times may vary and are beyond our control. Your patience is warmly appreciated.

 

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

       Shipping and delivery charges

       Payment gateway processing fees (up to 2% of order value)

       Gift wrapping charges (if any)

 

2.  Damaged or Incorrect Product?

We take great care in packing every order with love, but if something doesn't look right, please don't worry — we'll make it right for you.

       All product images on bhavyasilvers.in are captured under professional studio lighting conditions, which can enhance the natural lustre and shine of sterling silver.

       The actual appearance of the jewellery may vary slightly depending on your screen's display settings, ambient lighting at your end, and individual perception of colour and tone.

       We make every possible effort to retain the original look, texture, and finish of each piece in our photographs — so what you see is as close to reality as we can achieve.

 

Rest assured — every piece at Bhavya Silvers is crafted from genuine 92.5 sterling silver (hallmarked 925) and is exactly as described. The love and craftsmanship that goes into each piece is very real. ✨

 

4.  Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change, and we're here to help wherever we can.

 

Before Dispatch

If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing it. We'll process a full refund to your original mode of payment with no questions asked.

 

The sooner you let us know, the better — it allows us to avoid dispatching the order and helps us serve you more efficiently. We truly appreciate your thoughtfulness!

 

After Dispatch

If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation will be treated as a return once the package is delivered. In such cases:

       The refund will be processed after the product is received and inspected at our warehouse.

       Shipping charges (forward and return both) and payment gateway fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

5.  Items Not Eligible for Return

While we try to accommodate all requests with warmth and care, the following items cannot be accepted for return:

       Items that have been worn, used, altered, resized, or damaged after delivery

       Items returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories

       Items returned without the mandatory 360° unboxing video

       Items reported after the 7-day return window has elapsed

       Custom-made or personalised jewellery crafted to your specific requirements

 

6.  Refund Processing Timeline

We process all refunds as swiftly as we can. Here's what to expect after your return is verified:

       Refund to Original Payment Source: Processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that payment gateway charges of up to 2% of the order value will be deducted, as these are non-recoverable from our end.

       Store Credit: Issued within 24–48 hours of return verification — with the full order value, no deductions.

       Exchange: Processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of return verification, subject to stock availability.
