4. Order Cancellations

Before Dispatch. If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing it. We'll process a full refund to your original mode of payment with no questions asked.

After Dispatch. If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation will be treated as a return once the package is delivered. In such cases:

• The refund will be processed after the product is received and inspected at our warehouse.

• Shipping charges (forward and return both) and payment gateway fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Once you get the parcel, we would recommend you to inspect the order once, for any tamper or damage before signing the receipt.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Once shipped, your order may take 7 to 10 days to deliver depending on your pin code.

5. In the unlikely event that we are not able to deliver your complete order within 30 working days, you can seek refund and ask us to cancel the order. In such cases your payment against the order shall be refunded.

6. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us.
