Refund on Cancellation

We will notify you if your order cancellation request has been accepted. In such cases we will process refund of order value within 7 - 10 working days. It is important to note that charges incurred by the payment gateway will be deducted from the order value and will have to be borne by the customer.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To report any damage, you need to inform us through whatsapp/ email within 24 hours of receiving the shipment, with 360° parcel unboxing video. In such cases we will organise a return pickup and process refund on receipt of the return courier.

Refund on Receipt of Damage/ Defect Product
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded full order value of on your original payment method within 7 - 10 business days.
